1. All
prices quoted in this directory are subject to revision with or
without notice Great Vacations Tour & Travels reserves the right to
pass on any increased rates caused by various by factors. At times,
due to high occupancy, the hotel may apply a higher tariff. In such
instances the rates will be quoted at the time of reservations.
2. Cancellation deadline for FIT hotel are generally 3 working days
prior the arrival date during off season and 7 working days prior to
the arrival date during season time. Incase of cancellation a
cancellation charge of Rs. 500 will be levied, over and above the
hotel's cancellation policy.
3. All hotels have their own individual cancellation policy check
the same with us at the time of booking.
4. Request for refunds must be made in writing within 14 days of the
completion of the services. Refund requests cannot be processed
unicess provided with a documentary evidence from the hotel /
supplier. The hotel / supplier reserves the right to process and
whether or not to approve the refund request and an
administrative fee for Rs. 1000/- will be charged. No refund can be
processed for unutilized services and no shows.
5. Great vacation does not operate nor own of control any mens of
transportation, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors of
omissions and reserve the right to vary, amend or cancel any of the
arrangements featured in this directory.
6. The tariff's mentioned herein may not be applicable during Holi,
Dusshera, Diwali Christmas, New year etc and on long week -end
holidays, Please reconfirm the rates with us before quoting during
these periods. |
